Well, actually, without wanting to add too much defense, there's a big excuse. nobody could have planned for Stewart's injury, which has completely ****ed us. Either we'd have had one of the best strikers in the league, or we'd have sold one of the best strikers in the league, and had money to spend.

Agree. Speakman talks about progressive planning and scouring the market for everything including coaches.
