Some of us cynical types think that maybe SAF chose Moyles to make sure his legacy could not be upstaged by a newcomer
no one is ever upstaging Fergie’s legacy…no way I’d say it’s impossible

Fellaini was a bastard everyone wanted in their team…the snobbery of United fans gave him a bad rep…they brought a destroyer when they craved a Xavi…not his fault.
I remember him saving United many a time having come off the bench with 10 to go.

he was doing what Pep does now, except he didn't have as many teams that could match his spending.Yeah different breed he was. ****s all over Pep and the others of this era.

Might have had some legs if he hadn't been voted player of the season at each of those clubs in both those seasons.Ramsdale was terrible at Bournemouth & they went down, moved to Sheff U & showed quickly that he wasn’t fit to lace Henderson’s boots, and went down with them.
So the gooners slap £24m plus extras on the table![]()
Arsenal spending £30m on a guy they had last season who was "meh" and got them to the lofty position of 8th.
Ramsdale, Odegaard and that Um Bongo kid aint it guys.
They might get 7th under last seasons top 5 and Spurs, if Everton, Villa et all dont live up to the hype, but with purchases like this I cant see any vast improvement.
I dont remember his name, the Belgian kid you signed. His name sounds like Um Bongo

EDIT : Lokonga, just looked it up![]()

His name sounds like a popular 80's drink.
I wasn't being serious.
He actually looks pretty good tbf. Was captain at Anderlecht at 22, so he's got the minerals too. He's only played a couple of games for us so far, but from what I've seen so far, he reads the game well and he moves the ball forward and has got a great pass on him. I think he's a clever player and he'll make a decent addition to our squad. He's not a 'marquee signing', but we need grafters atm and he looks like he's got that too.
I know everybody wants to slate everything about Arsenal atm, but tbh Lokonga has only played a couple of games so far, so whilst people might want to talk **** about him, it's not going to be taken seriously.
