Exactly and correct me if I’m wrong but we were offered a similar fee last year and the difference between him now and then is like we bought a completely different level of player

Wonder if they’re using the well known gentlemen’s agreement as leverage for a lower price? “We know you’ve agreed to sell him and he’s agreed to come here so tough”

If he’s decided he would like to go to Dortmund then get the best deal and get it done quickly as we can. Huge summer without losing a key player so don’t want a long running saga.

Disappointing if he goes but Dortmund are an incredible club like and feels right for his development. Would have been nice to give us one more year but we move on.

Im only messing mate I know stuffs posted in good faith and things can change rapidly happens all the time in football, im relaxed about it id resigned myself to him going months ago, excited to see who we replace him with

Could be he struggles PL and value plummets we don’t know.

I doubt that but could happen. I do wonder if he sees that and that’s why doesn’t want to go PL.

Think it will end up being around 30m euro myself. Which I’m happy enough with but would obviously want more. Especially when you compare it to the Archie gray deal
