With Amad,

its apparently because they were calling him derogatory names and referring to him as surname, which he doesnt like, as his surname has heavy links to bad people back in Ivory Coast, so he wants to remove himself from all of that, so only goes by Amad,
He needs to get himself back here....he knows we love him!

Probably my favorite player to watch this last season away from Sunderland, also think they might end up accepting something lower than the asking price dependant on how many offers they get.

What is his style of play? I know nothing about any of these players being mentioned
Sort of hybrid between winning the ball in midfield and being a great playmaker, I suppose he could be considered the same sort of role that Neil played for us where hes the most defensively minded of their midfield but has license to move forward while another sits in.

Would be great next to Jobe imo as hes not short but the physicality next to him would help.

Chipped in with a few goals this season but wouldn't have said that was his strength, only took 9 shots all year but scored 3.

They have had some stunning results with young lads have Nurnberg.

Jander, Fin Jeltsch, Tsikas (now of Brighton).

Doing bits.

Beautiful city an arl.

Yeah the list goes on, hopefully push for the top flight again next year with how much money theyve brought in

Aye we’re really picking it up end of season, scoring a load.

Should be a Bundesliga club anyway, no question. Class kits as well really distinctive.

I like Justvan as well. He couldn’t play in England but he should be Bundesliga.

Tell you who I like a lot, thinking of Germany, Merlin Rohl at Freiburg.

6 4 great feet, can play 6,8 or 10. We should be looking at players like that for sure.

If we sign him we could have a wizard and a fairy in CM <laugh>
He sounds like a sweet treat, no idea who 90% of the players on this thread are but find them 10x more interesting than the bog standard sign the best of the rest from the championship types

Rohl is like Havertz when he was at Leverkusen in some ways, but he covers a lot more ground, Kai was more or less an out and out 10 at Bayer

Think loans could be big for us, mentioned it before but I do really wonder if Man City would consider Nico O'Reilly getting a full season of premier league football.

Certainly wouldn’t be against that. Wonder about Oscar Bobb as well, seems to have fell off the map a wee bit.

They were delighted with how we handled Doyle.
