He looks like a quality outfit. Gave us a torrid time in the FA cup last season. Was hoping we might go in for him as back up to Tomiyasu. Would be a decent signing if you can get him for anything under £15m

Yeah the only thing from what I’ve seen he can’t do is cross too well, looks to drill them low more so than try and pick out an actual forward but his pace and skill will be handy running that line. I think the deal Boro want is £15m plus some add-ons which sounds reasonable, should’ve been sorted days/ weeks ago to be honest. As I’ve said before, it’s the one deal Levy’s working on too, standard Levy, lol.

I think £42m is about right for Kalvin Philips. It only seems cheap to you do you paid £60m for Captain Birdseye
