I'm seeing people talk about how we shouldn't sell Clarke because we'd have to spend £30m on a winger to replace him. That's not how it works. You use the money to replace him in the aggregate (Moneyball reference for anyone who has seen it), trying to straight up replace Clarke is impossible.

Clarke's main attributes are ball carrying and goal threat, we can replace them things with multiple players and then have money to bring in reinforcements for other areas of the squad and theoretically we should be better off.
