3m more than a season ago, didn’t do much and injured for most of it. He should be 3.5m rising to 5m. I wouldn’t want him at 10m, too risky after his back injury.
He's fit, ready and has come here to play ... ... shame for Mayenda but I think RLB will play Isidor.
Depending on money we have available and how it would affect other business, i'd pay something like £7m rising to £10m. It's a premium position with not many suitable options on the market, plus unless he has a disaster here he has good resale value.
I'd do this as well but only if Simic isn't happening. I wouldn't be going paying this if Simic has / is choosing us.
I'd like an improved performance sure but don't think its necesarily needed. In a way his pressing is as important as what he does when he gets the ball.
Be very keen to keep Mayenda there for his own benefit as well as the teams, his work has been vital. The rest will come with this side, if they turn up.
I don't think we're being used tbh. I'd guess we've made our intentions clear so that things are made to move quicker. Any other buyer now knows we've made a bid so they can't sit back.
I would be worried as a Burnley fan, easy (or so they said) promotion. Ditch the lads who got promotion then get relegated and the exodus begins of the mercenaries. Looking from the outside they are now recruiting to get up with championship level players and starts the cycle again, nothing I see is investment in youngsters and talent. Owners seem to be the American Donald and Methane level with a little more cash to splash.
