I think we all hope he stays and we sign all the other players we need. But if him going allows us to sign better players, then he's earnt his move and we come out well from it.

But thats why I've added £5m during the final week to compensate us for lack of time to spend it.
Maybe earlier in the window but for me it’s far to late to let him go unless it’s mega money and a loan back

Harte been a bit of a pr**k last few years. If Leeds is the best he can get for the lad then Clarke seriously needs to get a new agent

I dont know the ins and outs of it, but I presume you sign a contract with an agency, so cant just walk, @Bob the Mackem is that the way it works, he would have to wait until his contract is up before he can get rid of that arsehole (Yes you Harte you leach!)

He’ll be a big miss for them mind, good player.

They must all have release clauses, a few seem to be lined up to go ...

... I think Berge played every game, last season, so this must've been on the cards for quite a while.

This whole yoyo thing is becoming ridiculous, football's really messy at the moment.

I’m surprised in all the talk and money the top 6 in the premier have got nobody’s offered silly money for rigg, and offered to loan him straight back for the season, that was all the rage a few years ago. I get that Clarke is the eye catching one, scoring goals as well as lots of skill, but I reckon rigg is one of the best English footballers of his age atm imho.

We have two of the best midfield prospects in the country at the minute mate in Riggy and Jobe. The contracts we have them on are a testament to the way the club is being run. The RLB effect in hunting the ball in packs and the confidence they had to play with it from there was noticeable on Sunday. If we get to the end of this window with this team intact,a new striker in and Ballard and Browne fit, our prospects look very bright to me. Big test again on Saturday....can't wait me.

I didn’t know that, heard the mags link but didn’t know about the Manchester clubs being in for him, suppose we can offer first team football
