Done well last season but that was League One.
League one isn’t that much of a jump imo anymore. I’d be shopping down there personally for some young players that are performing well. Dembele, Poku, Leaburn, Ronnie Edwards come to mind.

Stansfield was wrote off by our fans because he did well in L1. Al Hamadi was doing very good with Wimbledon and did canny in the limited game time he got at Ipswich. Some gems down there imo

Unfortunately if them c*nts are serious about wanting him they’ll get him. They can offer him 10x the wages we will easily, new car/house whatever he wants. Granted he won’t be near their first team but they’ll just loan him out, will he really be arsed about staying here on peanuts and lingering around the first team coming off the bench here and there?
I think Rigg will be more for us next year than coming off the bench now and again. I also think whatever family allegiances are , they know we’ve done a pretty good job with him so far. I reckon his immediate future is with us but will move on later.

I don't think the club are wanting to rely on loans. Plus I would think they'll want an experienced loan if they were to get one in the striker department.
Probably depends on their plans for Hemir and Mayenda, if we were loaning them out could see us making that sort of signing. I think we'll get two strikers in personally, one perm who's had a bit game time and a younger one either on loan or perm.

All depends on quality for me. If we add the right quality in the right places- goals from the right, up top and a cdm - and I’m happy. Don’t mind if they’re a loan or a perm. I’d rather we got better than permanent at this point if that’s the only way to do it,

They know we want experience, they've brought in Moore for a reason and given him a respectable contract, see if we can attract these outfield players like Browne and Norwood. Amongst others.
100% should be in for Browne, consistently good at this level and the type of player we are missing.
