I’m more than happy with our capture of Allsop but can’t help thinking that after the game on Saturday that Mark Travers must be wishing that he’d got the gig in our goal. To be fair to him all three where hard goals to stop, not to mention the Keystone Cops defending in front of him, but I have to say that from the highlights that I’ve seen of the match he didn’t really impress me.

On the contrary, 3 assists and 2 goals in eight starts. That’s very good going. If he’s out of contract it could be a very astute signing in January if he keeps up that kind of form.
Surprised he hasn’t been getting minutes in our first team, he’s been knocking on the door for awhile. This should be a great move for him to get noticed and into the managers plans.
Unlikely, if you mean Liam as a manager given he isn't our player anymore. He chose to leave us.
He is going to Ferriby on loan from his club, Gainsborough Trinity.
I can't help feeling he should be doing better than this with his ability.

I was surprised at that, always thought he had a future in the game, hopefully getting minutes at NF will spur him on.
Yeah. Gainsborough are tier 7 or 8 as are Ferriby? Hopefully he'll work his way quickly to tier 5 at least, assuming he wants it.
So he's being loaned from a Level 7 who have had a poor start to the season to a Level 8. Are they sending him out to pick up confidence at a local team ?
Hopefully, something will click and he'll progress as he seemed to be capable of.
A good job he didn't sign for Young Boys.
