That's now all four of our centre backs tied down to 2026, as well as Coyle and Furlong and a few attacking players too. Seems a very solid base to work from and a far cry from the Allam years where you always knew it was going to be a full rebuild every two years.

Would imagine if we dont go up there may be a revamp at the back. Can't see us not cashing in on Greaves if he continues to have the season he's having and we dont go up

Not so much cashing in but he’s making a name for himself. If he carries on his form he will deserve to be playing in the premier league.

Discussed on the pod the other day McLoughlin's future and whether we might look into selling both he and Greaves if we don't go up and reinvesting in a superior starting CB and then a young up-and-coming CB. McLoughlin is 26 so not too sure he's going to progress too much more with us.

They ain't going this season, so why try to make it an issue before it's relevant?

Pretty sure our key defenders are on secure contracts anyway?
