I wonder if he’ll take as long as sinik to get fit

No option for an extra yearAah, missed that. I had wondered. Yeah, that is really wierd. Wonder who dictated it. Presumably the club.
But they dontIf it's his request then fair enough, but hopefully the club holds on option to cover itself incase he has an amazing season and stops him walking away for free
But they dont
The club will have to pay him what he's worth after he has chance to prove himself
Seems reasonable to me
The announcement said one year deal and no mention of an optionAre we sure they don't, I'm hearing mixed ATM, nobody seems to know
The announcement said one year deal and no mention of an option
maybe there could be something complicated based on appearances but it doesnt look like there's an option by either side
The player is happy, management are happy, what’s the issue? Gives the player a chance to kick start his career (Hopefully) we only have financial commitment for a year. It seems a sensible deal to me.
can you think of an example? They dont always always announce the option year.
can you think of an example?
I cant think of a player who we thought was coming to the end of his contract and then the club activated an option year
Some of the bed wetting in this thread makes for a quality read
Burnley have signed 5 or 6 forward players, Redmond and Andros Townsend included. Can't see Twine being a regular starter. May well be that Burnley would happily bring some money in.We're still in talks with Burnley for Twine.
I’d like to think sinik is fit aswellHe’s already fit, he’s been training with us for a week and was presumably keeping himself ready before then, he just isn’t match fit.
'cos miserable twats on here have thought of something that the club management haven't obviously.
Duh!
can you think of an example?

Hilarious, really. Ehab and McCann got crucified for absolutely anything they did, even if it was good, and those same people think the sun shines out of Acun and Rosenior’s arse and think they can do no wrong. And I say that as someone who much prefers the current regime.
If Ehab and McCann made half of the questionable decisions Acun and Rosenior have made, those sneering and calling others ‘bed-wetters’ would be in uproar.
