Ehab and McCann got crucified for absolutely anything they did, even if it was good, and those same people think the sun shines out of Acun and Rosenior’s arse and think they can do no wrong. And I say that as someone who much prefers the current regime. Alfie Jones was signed on a one year deal, though I can’t remember if they said he had an option at the time. He was offered a new one at the end of that season, a two year one and they announced it then, and then again with his latest one.
Sinik finished the season with a shoulder injury which he's still recovering from. Also the Turkish season ended after ours, so he's on a different preseason timetable to the majority of the squad.
Some of us also hated the allams but took pelters for refusing to jump on the lynching bandwagon over everything they did.
