I think this is one of the biggest City transfer myths going. People are always saying that we'll announce a signing on the hour, on the right day, combine two signings together in a bulk announcement, and so on. It never ends up happening. We announce them when they're done.
Yeah I can understand Vinagre being delayed because everyone was in Turkey, so would expect him announced today.
