Who are the 10 that are better and what attributes and parts of their game are better
I think the thing that lets Ingram down is his passing and with the ball at his feet. I know it’s crazy but it’s a part of todays game and how Rosie wants to play.
I think with him and jones In the back 5, you have 2 players that aren’t comfortable with with the ball at their feet. (Im not saying neither can’t do their jobs)

In no particular order:

Murić - Burnley
Steffen - Boro
Woodman - Preston
Kaminski - Blackburn
Johansson - Rotherham
Foderingham - Sheffield United
Gunn - Norwich
Horvath - Luton
Dieng - QPR
Patterson - Sunderland

All are better than Ingram imo.

The Sunderland lad yes, he's a fantastic talent and the Burnley keeper but he's not a champ keeper now ( unless I've missed something ). The others are pretty much on par with Ingham at best. As you say though it's all opinions....

Ingram isn’t a bad keeper, but he is poor with the ball at his feet and with the way Rosie wants to play, he’s always likely to remain our back up keeper.

He knows that's his weakest point and the work he's doing ok it is above and beyond.

When other champ teams thought Darlow was coming to us, the potential that Ingram might want to move or be available to move interested a lot of them. That's in itself says a lot

I don’t think Ingram is on par with those keepers but agree to disagree. Woodman in particular is much better than him in every department. Ingram is a solid back-up keeper and he’d be a solid back-up keeper for most upper-half teams and a starter for a lot of clubs in the bottom-half teams in the division but he’s not good playing out from the back which is how we want to play.

This is interesting if true. It’s also consistent with something said a few months ago about one of Tufan or Sinik leaving this summer.

Tufan drove Acun mad trying to get him to sign Sinik, mainly because he was keen to share a house with him.

I don’t think Sinik’s the worst signing we’ve made by far or even a bad player overall but the fact we signed him for millions of pounds because another new signing pressured the owner to do so for mainly non-footballing reasons is insane.

I aren’t calling anyone a bullshitter but like you say, that seems absolutely mental to me that Acun would be swayed like that…

I think he's certainly up there given what we're said to have paid, and his contribution. Even if he wasn't a bad influence on Tufan, he was utterly ineffective when on the pitch. In a squad that lacked wingers with pace and the ability to beat a man, he added neither.

Yeah, the reported £3-4 million fee we paid is shocking considering how little he actually played. If you factor in the rumour about Tufan begging Acun to sign him, it’s essentially £3-4 million so Tufan could have a roommate and not be lonely.

I just hope we can recoup at least half of what we paid on Sinik. If we could use him to lower the fee for Haji Wright, that would be even better.

It will be interesting to hear the roll call on Monday morning at the training ground. I wonder if Sinik will be back after his loan spell in Turkiye or will he want to stay with his hometown club.
