We dont need a striker

tetteh and allahyar can also play there if estupinan is injured not even counting a.smith

we need a winger and left back that can cross[/
we need defenders - we have the worst defensive record in the Championship - we are shipping too many goals - we are allowing too many crosses to come in and we aren't dealing with the crosses once they come into the middle
Agree, as evidenced by Ingram having to make more saves than any other keeper in the division. Not a reliable tactic to rely on one man up front to make sure we outscore opponents.

I do think a big part of the reason we concede so many goals, isn't down to the back 4 or 5, it's the whole teams inability to keep possession.

Hopefully with Serri and Tufan back we can try to dominate teams and limit their chances.
This is it for me. Look at the 11s we finish the game with particularly the midfield. We finished the game with Cannon and Slater sitting, both industrious ball winners, the former keeps the ball very well but aside from a long ball to Tetteh who provided relief with hold up brilliantly, didn't really have anyone else to go to.

It wont be. If he was leaving Brentford he'd be coming here or to a Turkish Giant.

We aren't getting him because they won't let him out and we've got a decent relationship with Brentford so I doubt they'd screw us around and then send him to Burnley
Unless he wants guaranteed starts. As a striker is he guaranteed that here…

Although, the news has just come out, we've clearly been working on other targets for a while as you don't have a replacement pretty much done that quickly otherwise.

I do hope it's not a PL youngster though. I don't think it will be as we could have easily signed PL loans instead of Woods and Christie but have chosen the more experienced and more expensive option instead

I think it's definitely true that our biggest weakness in the games so far has been our strength off the bench. Almost every game has ended with us with a patched together 11 on the pitch, with multiple players who probably weren't meant to even still be at the club at this stage. The bench was a bit better yesterday with Longman and Smith back, plus Christie added, and it's no coincidence that we were able to hang on a bit more comfortably than the Preston or Norwich games.

Definitely, should’ve been dead and buried too. Tetteh’s touch and little move to set himself for that ball to Longman was sublime

Yeah I’d said a couple of weeks ago I wasn’t really sold on Tetteh yet (but was on Estupinan)
I’m sold on him now though.
Longman really should have put that away

Bit of a **** stirrer and has some antics in his bag, but I think he's underrated to be honest. Offers us a lot going forwards and he seems very unselfish. Good team player.

This young lad must be confident Pelkas is signing, let’s hope he picks number 20. The post is his Pelkas’ Dad posting that picture on his instagram

It does seem the obvious number but a part of me hopes they go for something else for being that brave

Disappointed at the lack of names being thrown about in here about the mystery forward.

Anyone got a good theory!? Acun’s plane been anywhere recently to point towards someone?

Baz says it's an attack minded winger, who is a good age with a point to prove.

Josh Bowler is still only 23, Blackpool willing to sell for what seems quit cheap for a player of his ability and he has a point to prove to us after a disappointing loan spell.

It almost certainly isn't, but it would be nice
