It's really boring but mine is really simple, I drink nothing bar water and eat nothing but chicken, seafood and vegetables. I may have the odd protein bar if I get caught while I'm out and about for work during the day. I limit carbs to almost zero bar my once every 2 week cheat day.. it's bland boring and really hard but add that to gym and last week for example I lost 3.2kg ( I won't lose that every week ) but my aim is 1.5-2kg a week
Thanks for the info. Reckon that Oscar is actually going to sign then or will this be another one that gets away? Maybe we should be going for slightly less quality players that will still be top championship quality if we’re going to keep getting beaten to their signatures. It’s exciting being linked to so many but pretty disappointing when they’re not actually coming off. Happy with Tufan though I think he will be a quality player for us. Any news on what’s seri doing yet too?Because he got a better offer elsewhere. The info about the offer will come out, Acun says to Turkish media that "players want to join the project", which they do, right up until a bigger club beats us to it. It's happened six or seven times already, I'm surprised we haven't lost Oscar to La Liga or one of the big 3 Portuguese clubs. Acun's strategy is to talk us up in the media, to try and turn players heads and then nail deals early, but in his earnest to make us sound amazing we're actually missing out.
See I could do that. I actually don't drink at all except on the occasional night out with mates, so my belly is pure food. I can eat very little, just recently my meds changed and it's made me hungrier than ever.
I'm allergic to seafood, but I do like fish and I reckon I can cook up some nice stuff with chicken and veg.
