The guy who announced it said the Allahyar deal was done before the takeover im pretty sure. Baz wont know more then him, I’m sure.

Adana Demirspor have an interesting squad for a mid-table Turkish side. Mario Balotelli up front, Assombalonga on the bench with ex Chelsea striker Loic Remy and the Turkish 'Messi' Erhun Oztumer who played for a few league 1 clubs inc Peterborough and Charlton.
That reporter broke the news that Shota was joining us so seems quite reputable. Shota probably just not commenting on transfers while the season is still going.

He got double figures from the 16/17 season to the 19/20 season. Only 5 in his last season. Wouldn’t be my first choice as I think he’d want silly money
Very few managers confirm interest until the ink is dry on the contract. As with everything there are exceptions, but it's often from sources linked to the board as opposed to manager/coach when an interest is confirmed - that or its all but done. It just seems fairly standard practice to deny it until its actually done.
I suspect asking Burnsy who he played for was Shota using his sense of mischief to deflect the question, making use of the fact there seem to be about 20 Adama Traore's. Either way, he didn't rule it out.
