I don't think he looks very different from any picture Ive ever seen of him. Seems like a naturally stocky built guy that needs to train harder to improve his cardio, with a run of games his sharpness will come back but I don't think his shape will change too much.Would rather he went for a meal with a security guard(who looks like he takes care of himself) than out on the piss like a lot of players do.

So Figs, Oscar, Seri, Tufan, Tetteh have all played together. 2 or 3 more haven't arrived yet and a couple who have played or trained in preseason are working on match fitness.
I don't see that as particularly unusual at this stage of the window/season.
Sushi is not high calorie or junk food at all, white rice and fish pretty much. Not like he was having a greasy cod and chips with curry sauce

Was he in clubs or a restaurant? If he was posting it he's unlikely to be doing anything wrong as far as the cub are concerned. It'd be stupid of him to publicise it if he was.
Our best starting 11 have not played a game together, fact.
If you’re a infamous fatty with a bad rep for being unfit and unhealthy, you should not be going out to restaurants during pre season and definitely not posting it on social media. Simple as.
By your measure, anyone who's still to make signings or have injuries/ players starting preseason late haven't either. Which is most clubs.

Bollocks. If he's doing what has been agreed with the club regarding his diet then it's fine. And if he isn't then he wouldn't be posting it.
