If you were in a strange town and needed to have an evening meal what would you do? He has to eat, and going out in the evening doesn't seem unusual to me,.

Eat with the rest of the team and follow a strict diet so I lose weight as fast as possible to be ready for the season, not high calorie restaurant food.

Historically most deals get done in the last weeks in August. That's when the cards start falling so we're pretty quick off the mark with our current incomings this year.

They are all going to eat in restaurants on an evening during camp. He'll have a diet to follow. If he doesn't it will show up in training and testing and hell have his employers to answer to.

Most clubs don’t have a complete rebuild and new formation. Our rebuild has been extreme.
I've seen bigger ones at this club. Churn under grant was fairly spectacular. Silvas was pretty major also.
Well I hope it works out but currently it seems a bit of a mess and the pre season performances so far back this up. Hopefully it all clicks by Saturday.
My main concern would be the last friendly performance, but I've seen plenty of **** preseasons where we've started okay also.
One of Saturdays performances was actually. OK, as were Brighton and Malaga, so you can't really say it's all a mess.
Don't understand playing a back 5 when we've been investing in forward areas though. Maybe it's just getting 90mins into the legs of all who were available.
