Not in my eyes it doesn't. I firmly believe his sole aim is to get us promoted to the PL then sell. How we get there and with how much debt we run up doing so is immaterial because he'd have sold the club by then and it won't be his problem. Or leave us in a load of debt trying........Going by Acun's comments last year no matter how much we rake in he won't be buying the stadium. He stated we'd only be spending big for strikers, and it made sense to him to spend money on buying players not the stadium.

Of all the big transfers this club have handled, from the £100k we got for a crocked Chris Chilton in 1971 to the millions we got for Maguire, Robertson, Clucas, Snodgrass, Ince, Bowen, KLP, etc etc etc and the lesser fees for Windass, Payton, Fettis, Whitehurst, Marwood ( in other words all our best players) we have gone from a club that owned its own ground, owned several club houses and offices, had its own training facilities in house, and a club with no debt, yes we had seasons at Boothferry Park were we showed a profit. To a club playing from a rented, shared council owned stadium from a training ground that was once a works social club and on the pitches of an amateur football team, and up to our eyes in debt. Call me old fashioned but that's how I see it.
(I've been up most of the night watching the election, hence the sceptical outlook)
