Just listened to the podcast, I thought Baz was pretty much spot on. It’s the truth rather than his normal slightly sugar coated version.
He may well not care who he upsets anymore for whatever reason but it’s pretty much what most of us have said.
I have no ideas if the players are happy or not, him and fletch would have a better idea than most. They might not have had a day off for 3 weeks but they’ve had the best part of two months off not long ago on pay.

Ditto, oil tankers were the worse, middle of the ****ing ocean from the first day to the last….i wrote so many stories, poems and even a few songs out at sea… I’d walk across broken glass to be back there, best time of my life

Not sure whether Walterball has been dialled down, but I remember the interview with Eddie Howe in the Newcastle friendly where he said it took his players a while to get used to the style City were playing.

I do recall in that game that Pandur was nearly on the half way line at times and Sean McLoughlin found himself in the penalty box from open play.

I can’t say I’ve noticed much of this players swapping roles and playing out of position since the friendlies.

Or cooper could be a bit more like Desperate Dan Tomlinson who reports nothing but good positive news about Hull FC. One headline recently screamed 'FC in line for three major honours this season' When they are currently bottom of the league with three wins all season. The headline refered to a junior team, an academy team and the wheelchair team.

Luxury.
I left school at 16 on the Friday and started the following Monday morning in the sports department of the Hull Daily Mail, and the cheeky bastards expected me to work all day Saturday and miss City.
