More clubs coming out the woodwork, Wolves would be a good move for Greaves + they’ve just got the Kilman money. Also Palace for Philogene who’ve just got the Olise money.
Philogene to Palace would make a lot of sense.
You’d hope we could pull Rak Sak-yi in our direction. We are desperate for a left footed winger that isn’t Lokilo

I’ve always said if there was a scenario where we could sell Philogene or Greaves but keep the other, I’d sell Philogene every time. Unfortunately we will sell both.
I'm pretty concerned we're supposedly signing a striker next week but there's not much noise about any other signings. We need an avalanche of signings at this point but everything seems to be moving at a snail's pace. We need players in and getting up to speed with Walter's style.

Yeah I’m concerned about that too. Okay, it’s great we’re close to signing a striker next week (hopefully Celar) but what about two more strikers, a few wingers, a left-sided centre-back to replace Greaves, a ball-winning defensive midfielder, a right-back to challenge Coyle?
I'm sure we'll sign 3-4 players on deadline day and it'll be very exciting and we'll all say we won Deadline Day, but I'd love to have 8 or so players in before then..

The only players we should leave late or on deadline day is maybe a third striker on loan from a PL club, another young midfielder on loan from a PL club and maybe some depth.
However, the spine of the team needs to be sorted by the end of July. We need two strikers, a defensive mid, a box-to-box mid, two wingers at least, a left-sided centre-half and a right-back at a minimum all signed before the first game of the season.
Is it just my impatience or is there an unusual lack of information coming from the local journalists supposed to be close to the club?
They've already said they'd prefer "the right" signings to "quick signings" I'd prefer both but I do think that statement means nothing else is close outside of the striker.

I'm more relaxed having Acun less involved to be honest. Have we replaced Darnborough though?
