According to Skysports, 4 clubs in negotiations with us for Snodgrass. Won't be long till he's off, if we get what's been quoted I won't be to down about it.
Adams is reported as saying "we must be prepared for players to exit" which roughly translates to "we have received offers for Snoddy" .... or words to that effect.
Not necessarily, OCF, as this looks to be very much a random rumour at the moment. Even if it is true, which I doubt, it still depends on one of those 4 clubs meeting the asking price.
Not NCFC related, but not worthy of a new thread - I see that according to the Daily Flail, Ferdinand will be confirmed as a QPR player later today - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...ed-deal-sign-QPR-reunited-Harry-Redknapp.html
So, 35 years old and on £70,000 a week! I could have sworn TF said they would learn from the lessons of past seasons
In the grand scheme of QPR, for what little difference it makes, I think the article is suggesting it's around £60kpw. To me this is actually much more reasonable than the £100kpw they were paying Samba despite Ferdinand's age Still inexcusably stupid though
Looks like Tettey wants out. Theres an article quoting him saying "if a prem club comes knocking, I will have to seriously consider it". If thats not a come and get me plea I dont know what is. Ah well. Im sure there are plenty of other decent DMs that we could get. I for one think that George Thorne from west brom would be decent. Young, hungry and had a good season with Derby last year.
Has the BBC reporting a medical been done? I think this sounds tied up: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/27995519
IMO, both Lafferty and Grabban suggest Lambert type signings in that they suit the squad and the tactics announced for next year. I still think Lafferty could be one of Ewan Chester's last player suggestions for City. We'll only know once the season starts, but both would seem to fit well with Hooper if he stays.
Surely what Tettey is saying applies to any player at Carrow Road. I cannot imagine that any of them would not ' seriously consider it ' if a Premiership Club came calling. Another case of ' stating the bleedin' obvious ' to me.
He's also one of the few players who has stated that he does intend on staying. I think it's sounds like quite a calculated statement, in that he would consider it but isn't looking for an immediate route out.
Good for him Have to say I was hoping we might be interested in signing him as I thought he showed signs of his class last season and would be a massive asset to us next year. I can't see his salary for Brondby being too hefty so surely we could have afforded him, I guess either Neeyul wasn't interested or he had his heart set on a return to Scandinavia with some European football on offer though.
Entirely agree Munky. I never understood the dislike of him by some sections - at times he seemed too good for the players up there with him.
