For England I agree achieved nothing of merit
to be fair, i think the last england player to achieve 'anything of merit' was the whole 1966 team, wasn't it?
i think any sanogo goal would be worthy of an open top bus celebration at the moment, wouldn't it?
If he does score a Champions League goal...it will be from a cut back, 6 yards out with the keeper stranded
PL teams don't get the loan window. He can't move there until jan now and I would want to see him at a rival so abroad or the U21s until jan.
I've just seen that Adam Drury is now a free agent after being released by Feeds, looks like it will probably be the end of the road for him now. Could probably do a job for his first club Posh though

Perhaps a move into coaching beckons? Whilst I'm wary of having too many ex-players back as coaches, he's one I wouldn't object to having back at our club.
Very understated as a player. Read the game so well so, yes, could be a good move to use him as a defensive coach.

Apparently we're interested in Helsingborg's Striker/Winger David Accam
Not entirely sure we need another striker, but I guess strikers who can play centrally or wide seems to be Adams' preference, so would add another option.

Several teams, including Leicester, reported interested. If we are truly interested then I would expect a quick move a la McGrandles and Thompson. We seem to be identifying players and moving before others can. We can loan him, Leicester can't. With purchase in January of course.
