Personally would like to see Adrian Ramos (Hertha Bsc) as a striker for us. He's fast, strong, got excellent instincts and good in the air.

Valued by transfermarkt.com at about 7.5m Euro with his contract set to expire next year.

Would love to see Cuadrado in the premier league. Two Colombians would help with Artur's party

Teams (including us) must track hundreds of players. This seems a bit random though as we've scarcely seen him. He definitely shouldn't get his head turned as it would be a long time before he got to play for United. However, I suppose we will sometimes find ourselves off loading promising players if we have too many in the same position...this production line can be such a curse :)

Fabianski to leave Arsenal at the end of the season. I'd be very happy with him at Southampton. He's developed into a very good goalkeeper with great distribution. A good age for us at 27 and would be a genuine battle between him and Boruc for number one, which I think Boruc and the club needs. We's be a good club for him to join at this stage in his career.

A quality keeper on a free transfer would allow us to focus our funds on an excting attacking player or two, a top notch centre back and some pace. Oh, and new contracts for as many of the current squad as possible (Guly, Davis, Hooiveld, Mauyka and Ozvaldo aside)

I'd certainly have him.

Jack Butland just gone on loan to Leeds.

Not exactly an illustrious start to his career. Wonder if he could be heading the same way as Chris Kirkland, Scott Carson et al in the bracket of keepers who were meant to be a lock for England #1 but ended up not remotely close. Turns out it's quite hard to evaluate young keepers.

I haven't seen much of Fabianski recently but I still remember Arsenal fans calling him Flappy-hand-ski. No doubt he's improved but if he's leaving Arsenal it's probably for regular games so he'll want to be first choice somewhere. I doubt we can promise him that.

Well he's clearly behind Begovic at Stoke, but he's hardly disgraced himself. No shame in going on loan to championship clubs, lots of fine goalkeepers have done that to get game time.

Crazy amount of hype on that kid.

The problem is that he's not exactly looked excellent in the Championship. He's not disgraced himself, but he's definitely not shone.
