He'll have to stay put for another season or so then, if he does intend to join Barcelona.
Why? All Barca have to do is get a judge to say they have grounds for appeal. Then they will get a 90 day delay in the embargo.
I can. Their statement on the issue was all about how great they are at looking after these kids, and not once does it say that they didn't actually do what they have been accused of, and if they appeal to the CAS their case probably won't be heard until after the summer transfer window anyway.
