First of all.....

If Suarez gets found innocent of this I fully expect him to make a claim against evra. If he doesnt then suarez is guilty and the FA bottled it. Plain and simple. Its a major accusation and considering Suarez' career may well be on the line I would fully expect him to take legal action if hes found innocent.

Secondly, many players, managers, coaches etc have been found guilty before. Punishments vary but seem to get stronger and harsher each year.

Liverpool fans have already decided Suarez is innocent though. His past character would suggest otherwise.

I was pointing out in defence of evra that for something to be untrue it must be proven to be untrue.

Somebody being found innocent doesnt mean the accuser lied. Not in a million years.
