What you really seem to failing to understand UIR is this

To convict someone of something like racism, you really need some sh&t hot evidence to win,everything you have mentioned so far is guesswork/circumstantial.And that aint enough, and TBH its not even close to being enough

All Fergie has done is heard is a player say he has been racially abused, he wont have a clue nor will anyone else at United , whats on the video.He will have just have said we had better report this to the FA and let them deal with it

Everything you Liverpool fans have mentioned is just guesswork.

I have said numerous times that we dont know the full story yet. The case is ongoing.
 
He didn't say 'basically strangling', he said 'strangling'. The basically was my own, hence it wasn't in inverted commas.
It's in the bbc interview. Any form of 'strangling' is intended to cause harm, and you'd be charged if you were seen doing it by a policeman.
 
And btw, what are you on about UIR, when you say a footballer couldn't be charged for strangulation?
Of course he bloody could!

Ive watched the clip and its really hard to tell. He puts his hands up just as they run off screen so **** knows.
 
There is more chance of Jesus coming back then hearing a Manyoo fanboy admitting that they are wrong.

Fergie could ADMIT guilt of defamation of character, Manyoo players could do anything criminal and you would have all of them come out of the woodward trying to justify their actions.

Disgusting the lot of them.
 
It's just Evra's way of covering up a ****e performance. Think 2010 WC, did f**k all throughout the tournament, racist claim. Did s**t all yesterday, racist claim. It's bread amongst the united team that they just can't admit failure.

Failure? United, rightly or wrongly, set out for a draw from the very first minute and that's what they left with. Liverpool wanted to win but didn't. So, in terms of objectives, who failed?!

And I have no idea if the United team like bread or not but am fairly sure that these is no correlation between consumption of it and reluctance to admit failure. :)

But Evra failed to contain Suarez, who was all over him during the game. So tell me, if Suarez did say this 'N' word TEN times, then how did a linesman, referee or indeed another player not hear these comments and report them? Because funnily enough none of them did, and if like Evra says the ref was made clear of what was said, he would've reported it to the FA too, but yet again I don't see the ref reporting him to it. Evra has false claims and a lack of evidence, so i'd say Suarez is more-or-less safe on this one.
