Exactly. Leicester have fallen far further and harder than us. Plus they’re in a worse position when they go down (which they will).
Aren’t they due more points deductions as well?

Meant to be. I’d far rather be in our position with our owner than them.

Eh? They're 2 points of safety. On what metric are we in any way better off?
Plus the FA Cup and PL wins have given their fan base some delusion that they are actually a relevant club, when in reality they aren’t (like every club outside the top 5 or so). So their fans aren’t taking it well having the norm restored.
What does protesting actually achieve? Are there any examples of it actually getting an owner out of the club? If anything it probably makes them more likely to stay as any offer will be low balled as “well the fans want you gone” will be the new buyers negotiation stance.
Biggest one I can remember is Blackburn and the Venkys are still there, what 15 years later? Utd with the Glazers as well and they only sold recently and not due to protests.
Protest if you want, it’s your right to, I just don’t see any evidence of it actually achieving anything.
I got the impression it kind of worked at Everton. But yeah I accept your point, it often changes **** all.
I think protests at least may force their hand in to throwing the fans a bone or at least as a minimum communicating honestly with them.
Think he's talking next season. I'm inclined to agree and think we'll finish above them as they're in a mess financially but only time will tell.
