Last Thursday I ordered the parts for my new computer, went with Scan since they're meant to be reputable and worked out cheapest, requested delivery tomorrow. They say that they dispatch as late at 8PM for next day delivery, so they've waited until 8:40PM today to tell me that my order, due tomorrow and ordered 4 days ago, has been delayed because two parts of it are now out of stock. They didn't pick or reserve the items at the time of ordering, that would make too much sense, and who gives a **** about accurate stock control? They've intentionally waited until it is too late to sort out replacement items to tell me about this. ****ing disgraceful.

Tell us this, Alan, who is the football pundit you most admire, apart from yourself? He won't thank for me saying it, but I suppose I'll have to say Alan. He's been there for so many years. He's well respected, and he does talk a lot of sense. Not that I'd tell him that anyway.

Should hopefully be sorted now, sent a slightly ranty email to customer services and now have the out of stock items removed, a free upgrade on delivery to fit in when I'm available and it's already been picked for dispatch. The customer service there is good, but this practice of not informing customers until it's too late appears to have been a company policy for at least four years, judging from reviews online.
 
was fiddling about with the app i mentioned above (TUNEIN RADIO) and discovered that Wimbledon fans have set up a internet radio station(called radio WDON),might look into it anyone interested (yes tash you can do the commentary on the match days)
they seem to broadcast on weekends only sure we could fill a couple of hours on sat,sun with stuff like weekly round up,match,tash being a fat **** etc.
