Last Thursday I ordered the parts for my new computer, went with Scan since they're meant to be reputable and worked out cheapest, requested delivery tomorrow. They say that they dispatch as late at 8PM for next day delivery, so they've waited until 8:40PM today to tell me that my order, due tomorrow and ordered 4 days ago, has been delayed because two parts of it are now out of stock. They didn't pick or reserve the items at the time of ordering, that would make too much sense, and who gives a **** about accurate stock control? They've intentionally waited until it is too late to sort out replacement items to tell me about this. ****ing disgraceful.
