Fairly certain that it was either Donald or Methven who clarified it in a podcast because it was questioned on one as to why Sartori was reported as only paying 3m for 20%. They replied that the 3m mentioned was his 20% of the 15m paid so far.
Which would be fine, except there is nothing more to pay in. The £40 million paid was made up entirely of £25 million in parachute money, £12 million from the owners and then Short knocked £3 million off the purchase price because of the Alvarez deal going against the club, reducing it to £37 million.
Look man you dont really know who owns what who spent what who has swapped wives etc- so no point trying to prove each other wrong with no facts

Instead of believing the sun articles and whatever other ****e we have read today, we should believe what ever our club owner is telling us first before all others. All is still on and talks are ongoing, if it turns out that he is bullshitting his own paying public then he wont have a leg to stand on, something I dont think he would risk tbh
Family are far more important than this bollocks I hope his parents get well soon.
I don't care if they make money from us, they deserve too but just don't **** up this chance as these lads won't **** about and want a team that fails.

I’m not a huge fan of social media, even though I’m on it a fair bit, but I just cannot understand why people are giving SD grief on Twitter. The bloke is clearly working his bollocks off to try and sort this out and muppets are throwing FSQ’s at him left, right and centre. The mind fkn boggles.

He brought a lot on himself by using it and unfortunatley he is suffering now.
Hence why most club owners don't use it
Listen to the RR podcast back in the summer. Where SD/CM explain the deal clearly. SD still owes the club £millions because the parachute money was used to pay off the remaining debts. The £millions are being repaid to the club gradually as and when required e.g. to fund losses, pay for Grigg, old player's, reaching Championship etc. Sartori will also pay the rest of his £8m if/when required e.g. reaching Championship.
