Dunno if it’s the players or the manager, but clearly the manager is the one who goes first.

Not convinced our squad is actually much good bar a couple of players

The stats look good but we were wretched in the first half and it was disappointing how Saints conceded. Got Man City and West Ham next...

Positive -

Che worked really hard.
Adarma looked okay when he came on.
I don't have to listen to Gary ****ing Birtles again for hopefully a long, long time.
We'll probably beat City next week, because we're really weird.

Negatives -

Umm...pretty much everything else.

There is obviously a weak as piss mentality in the team as well, evidenced again today with conceding 2 immediately after taking the lead. Signing a load of kids isn’t going to help much with that so that needs to fall on a strong manager, which Ralph doesn’t seem to be

Losing Romeu to injuries and suspension always made us drop form, so to only replace him with Lavia has left us in the same position. AMN isn’t really the same sort of player at all, and the fact he has had to be taught the ropes in there whilst Lavia is out is just very detrimental.

Can’t be losing those last 3 games tho. Ralph out I’m afraid

Not signing a striker, then letting Romeu go and bringing in just a youngster at DM is looking like an insane gamble. (Although AMN wasn’t that bad today… hopefully he can improve)

I was pretty positive on deadline day but we’ve actually weakened our squad from last season with these signings/players.

We can’t score and we can’t defend - classic relegation team. Maybe if we change the manager and get some fresh ideas we can scrape enough points to stay up.

But at the moment, playing like this, we are absolutely nailed on for relegation and it’s not hyperbole to say so.

Apart from up front, I would say the squad is better than last season but as a team it looks awful over the last three games and consistently awful too
Our best players just look like they are lacking confidence to try anything but play it safe

Just change the tactics. Please. It doesn't work. It hasn't worked for a long time now. Just change the tactics. And as we seem unable to do that, please change the manager.

I made the mistake of turning my car radio on just as the report of Aribo’s goal came in.

It’s the hope that kills.

Sorry Ralph, I’m done.
After being out I got back in, turned the radio on at home, hoping. Everton score their second. I think next week, I'll go into a total news blackout and the following week, go to watch the WHU game, courtesy of a good friend. Thing is, I'm not sure I really want to go now!

To concede so soon after scoring is horrendous. We did turn up, but the first half killed us.

I think this team is capable of more, and my Ralph doubts are kicking in. We lack any consistency and lack a strong identity. How long can this really go on? The players seem to be playing for him, but.............I don't know.

The first half performance is what I'm really pissed at. Should have come out all guns blazing and instead put in a Villa like performance. I thought we might get away with it when Aribo scored but we pressed the self destruct button. Ridiculously bad defending for both goals. We had the chances to get a point but that was game we had to win. Ralph's under real pressure now.
