Yeah I revised my initial point upon rewatching and then realising that i was watching it slow and so of course it looks like he could have avoided it and probably couldn't haveI would say having played football to a high standard 20 years ago and I'm talking semi pro the game is fast. We could get away with it but when you're that fast the smallest of touches will send you that far off balance.
Is it called Football Manager? There’s an alternate universe out there where we got relegated a season or two ago, and absolutely tore up the Championship with Tella, Obafemi and Smallbone.
Is Smallbone tearing it up? That is good to knowThere’s an alternate universe out there where we got relegated a season or two ago, and absolutely tore up the Championship with Tella, Obafemi and Smallbone.
Might be interesting even if a little quiet. Who have we got worth keeping an eye on - Tella, Smallbone, Simeu, Liz, N'Lundulu, Tizzard. I suppose Stephens and Bednarek too.Is Smallbone tearing it up? That is good to know
Do we need a loan watch thread?

Go for itI’d happily put updates into a loan watch thread - I do check every weekend to see how the boys have done.

Only his second Prem game by the looks of it (Fulham-Brighton last week was his first).
Well, what do you expect? You can hardly give a referee who's refereed one or two PL games the biggest games. It's not a tradition - it's common sense. In most things in life, you work your way up to the top. Refereeing is no different.Carrying on the tradition of giving rookie referees to the smaller clubs. If he makes a mistake, who's going to care anyway? I don't suppose he was even considered for the City v Spurs game.
