Interesting read. Quite a positive spin for the Daily Fail. MP2 does sound a decent bloke and definitely a step up on Koeman who was not universally liked by players. Still needs to deliver though in terms of results. He is right though - a bit more luck against the likes of Watford, Swansea and Burnley it would look very different indeed. Similarly suprising results against Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal could easily put us back in the top half of the table.
Luck against Watford?
Umm do you mean the match in which we were thoroughly out played and a shot that went way over the bar in the middle of the second half sparked almost wild celebrations?
Don't think luck played a part there.
Don't exaggerate!
That shot was in the 90th minute!!

1 goal or 20 goals, it's all the same.I am doing a crossword and the following clue is stumping me. “Get a goal”.
Begins with S, has 5 letters.
I’m not sure what a goal is, but think it has something to do with “Shooting”.
Based on what I see at SMS, all I can think of is “Scuff” or “Shank”.
Help.

That Mail article is quite disturbing. He states:
Same problem in last 20 matches
I like to dominate
Our players are suited to possession football
We could change our style but it's now important to win the way we have been playing
If you defend badly it is hard to attack. If you attack badly it is hard to defend
I'm not sure which of these worries me most. Take your pick.
That's all we need as well...conversion of chances. We are 5th in the EPL for chances created (just behind Spurs)...it's actual goals where we fall down. Pellegrino has the same problem as Puel....team set up to win...but doesn't. I'm sure he isn't above a few tweaks, but feels that the game plan is right and doesn't feel that major changes are required....or he feels he hasn't the players to play any other way. We may disagree, but he is the manager and his head is on the block. If management was easy, managers wouldn't get sacked left, right and centre.
