It is mate.
I'm sure various people would like to buy the shares but we have to remember they're just buying shares, not the club.
Donald made a massive mistake when he sold those shares to KLD, massive.
If I have a collection of 100 FA Cup final programmes from 1900 to 2000 they could be worth, let's say, £100k.
If I sell 30 of them I'm left with 70 but that doesn't mean they're automatically worth £70k.
I've weakened my position and what I now have to sell is diminished. A serious collector would only want my 70% if he can get his hands on the other 30%. If he can't then the value of what I now have may be worth less than half of what I originally held.
In short, Donald has been absolutely stitched up like a kipper ..
... KLD effectively runs the club with only 41%
