After being told all the EFL checks had been done I posted that and then KLD started showing up.

Job done I thought <doh>

I was told he wanted all his appointments in place before the announcement and thought Davison was the last.

Wrong again.

I'm sure it's just the club delaying things but I'm not guessing again ...

... Prehab's right, best to sit back and let it unfold.

Are we likely to get this formally announced anytime soon? or are we going to have to wait further for these latest developments to be put in place?

That's fair enough mate, hearing that you're very enthusiastic about the future after what you heard is enough information.

You always share what you can and it is always done in a way that you just like to let other fans know what's going on, share your excitement and give people hope.

I think you are trusted on here by the majority on here and as I have mentioned to you before you were always the same across the road in my couple of years on there and should have been trusted on occasions like this but for some reason there were posters in there that waited for the moment something couldn't be shared, had to be vague or changed last minute.

Can fully understand his or her reluctance if it links back. However the fact you have seen or heard part of the plans going forward, and you are optimistic about them is good enough for me. Onwards and upwards.

Really, as far as I'm concerned the announcement that matters was made on Christmas Eve.

One note of caution and I might be wide of the mark here, we seem to be going after loads of ex employee's of Birmingham yet they seem to be in as bad state as us footballing wise, they seem destined to be relegated to League 1, So either recruitment hasn't been great or they've been badly run as a club?

Well I don't know too much about them,but their academy and player development has apparently been excellent over recent years and it seems we're interested in the people who've been involved with that side of the business.
