    The fact we've seen him at games and the appointments such as LJ and bringing in Speakman, that tells us hes the main man and the key decision maker behind the scenes. The Chuckle brothers are there in name only despite it not actually being announced yet.

    The club is moving in the right direction.

    I've been thinking (I know, I know) and the academy manager is probably the missing piece in the jigsaw before an announcement.

    Otherwise, they'd be saying youth and the academy will be integral to the 6 year plan. We haven't got the academy manager in yet, but....
