I think he may have had some inside knowledge at some point in the past,not now though.
Reminds me of a time when I had a contact at the club, when Terry Butcher was manager,so many moons ago. I used to know the team,tactics and any inside gossip on a Friday afternoon.Of course,there was no internet then,it used to arrive by fax! I never said anything to anyone,but I used to amaze my drinking mates on a Friday night during our discussions of what we thought the team might be. Often I would deliberately include someone I knew wasn't playing just to throw them off the scent,in case they got suspicious! It all ended when Butcher got sacked,it didn't last long....I don't think he was there for even a year......and I've never had anyone on the inside again!
The closest I ever got to being an ITK was mid 90's when the Mrs was a buyer for a sports retailer and I got to see pictures of the new strip before it had been released. I even posted pics of it on RTG, but got bombed for them being fake
Unfortunately we all have to hope that Donald does get rich off us as it probably means we'll be back in the Premier League or at least doing well in the Championship for him to make any great profit on his current share rate

48hrs for a server upgrade, what kind of shambles is that. Surely the site is hosted in the cloud, should be no downtime at all. Or are they running on a couple of servers on site in a spare room at the SOL
It was ether more cash now to pay them off or a possible bonus if all goes well.

I see what ya mean though. I’m growing to the idea that sometimes anonymity leads to people acting differently to how they act normally.
I just try to act like I would in real life online. Even went as far as using my real name on here (I’m archfiend over there)
My gut feeling based on the news leaks is a few weeks.
it all sounds rather advanced but we are in testing times at the best of times with Covid so we might be looking at a nice little early Christmas present.
on another note a memory of me all dressed up in Sunderland colours, shirt, scarf, hat and the lot flashed up from last year. Absolutely gutted

The Guardian couldn't leak the story until the deal was agreed.
Until the deal was agreed they couldn't interview people or make decisions.
Until they've chosen people and have something to announce there's no reason to rock the boat.
IMO they'll want to come in with a bang ...

5 subs being allowed in the EFL now i see. Will that mean more subs allowed on the bench? would be an advantage to us with the size of our squad if we had a half decent manager who had the ability to change games with substitutions
