I predict Satori takes 75%+ shares in SAFC and the remainder is spread between SD and CM. (Also, a line in the contract SD gets rewarded 'significantly' if Satori sells to a third party or one day we make it to the premiership.)

The board will think we are all happy because Donald has sold his shares...but while he has shares he will always be in the background. (It stinks for me that, I won't be happy)

I hope I'm wrong.
I thought he couldn’t sell his shares to anyone because of the loan to fpp. Did they have to ok it first ?

Hard to imagine that would take anything like as long as this to sort out, could get that agreement banged out in a couple of hours over lunch.
I’d be gutted if this was the case, but if Donald’s pissed about with FPP, the might of pulled out, and sartori is the second option, be a waste of time

Heres my little rant on this.
SD cannot afford to stay. He has to sell. If Sartori is taking over the shares does he want to be in the same position as SD? I would think not. Something imo is happening.
Hopefully it will still be who most of us want.
Mmm I’m with you mate

It also leaves the question of whether Sartori has to pay the FPP money back which I can't see happening ....

... and also who would actually run the club.

@Magnus are you able to elaborate on your KTF post from a couple of hours ago? Based on your posts since then it would suggest you're not confident that the mix you'd originally heard is still the case?

Im confident that it’s FPP, I haven’t been told it’s not, I’m just saying, if it isn’t I’ll be gutted and it will be a massive let down if it’s just sartori, but I believe we are at the end game now

The most galling thing is we'll probably not find out - the club will go on exactly how it is now with occasional soundbites from Rodwell and Methven, and then every few months we'll get an apologetic tweet from David Jones who's doing his best and will say something like "I'm confident we will get it right soon".

And twice a year there'll be one of those supporter meetings where Rodwell and Sloanes make excuses and go for sympathy votes and talk about the economic climate and realities of League One etc

Nothing would change, and SD is probably daft enough to think it would stop the protest, it wouldn’t at all

I can see him putting us into administration, losing millions without fans in

Talking of Jim White..its time he held Donald to account!. SD was all too keen to appear on his show when it was all about him. Couldnt get on his show enough, time to call on him again and ask some questions.
I said a few weeks ago, possibly on this thread that Jim was on at the moose about if he had had any news from Sunderland, as he "hadn't had any for a while", I was thinking what you had just said about how it's went from "my close personal friend,Stuart", to "moose, heard out from Sunderland".

well it has felt for a week or so like it was drifting towards not happening. then all day today has "felt" like it's done, then in the last hour I suddenly got optimistic again and now @Prehab26 has brought me crashing down with a thud :D

I just tell it is, how I get the info. I have been very specific to a couple on here with exacts and dates.

Let's see. My info is currently 48 hours out if date.

Just a thought popped into my head.

Any chance Stewart Donald is waiting for the bailout so that he can use the bailout money to pay off the FPP loan and be rid of the leash they have him on?
