That will be the board member trying to string the fakeover along a few more weeks to discourage those DD cancellations.
Good man, even a faint glimmer is better than nothing. It’s like the open fire when we were kids..... you suspected it was going out, but you put another bit of coal and a wood stick on just in case.
There are players out there, it's a long season and we don't have strength in depth, especially after injuries. Donald needs promotion to save his skin, if he stays .... .... yet he's doing very little to help whether it's finding players or running the club. He'll be gone if the circumstances are right.
Also, been told from numerous sources SAFC club people (Tom Sloanes particularly) check the forums regularly after club statements or announcements on the football world to understand fan views/sentiment. If your viewing tonight pull your fingers out regarding transfers and back your current manager and tell Donald to get the deal done. If not there will be a massive **** storm for the board to deal with.
Any truth in what i have heard that its nowhere near what it was originally meant to be and all it is now is SD selling some of his shares to Santori?
Reading RTG there's a chap (summerbee I think) who a lot of people think is Tom Sloanes If it is him then I really hope he ****s off as well Never read such condescending patronizing bollox as that poster spouts
There's been a few forum plants since Donald arrived ... ... people who spend an inordinate amount of time writing essays to support a particular point of view. They're on a Sunderland forum but have no stories to tell about games they've been to, never have a laugh and stick to one thread ... ... they stand out a mile but always deny everything then vanish like Kildare, etc.
If they're been reading RTG there is no chance they're not reading here as well. They refer to this forum regularly on there (and vice versa of course). If they're going to go to the effort of monitoring one forum it doesn't take much more to monitor 2.
That's very harsh in Sloane's like he comes across as a nice bloke imo. Also back on topic, does anyone know what the opposite of dead is? Just out of interest. Another quick question while I'm here, if a deal was done as in all agreed how long would it take to get contracts drawn up?
