This 100% seems like some people either need to get out a bit more or stop winding, talks are ongoing allegedly, and I’ve no reason not to believe that cos lots of different people seem to have confirmed that, and I’ve no reason to doubt them, they’ve been around a bit and never posted **** before, so I choose to believe it. Whether we like it or not we, as fans, aren’t a related party to any talks, this is his club that he can do with as he pleases, including sell it at his price and his pace, and as long as he holds all the cards we’ll hear when we hear, we’ve just got to be patient.I don't know anyone who's said anything of the sort.
Some people keep latching onto things and repeating them as facts.
As far as I'm concerned 'serious talks are ongoing' and the EFL are, or soon will be, involved.
At this stage not even the buyer or seller could give dates, end of story ...

For me the takeover is just the start. We've seen from SD that talk is cheap.

I might be wrong but I don't recall Barnes as said anything about an announcement this Friday...He did say he might have some further news during the week.regarding the takeover.
We've just gone through this (first time buyers) - they don't half take their time. Possibly the worst communication from a business I have ever had as well - they'll be getting both barrels on the customer service questionnaire!
Wonder if this has anything to do with yesterday's Coronavirus announcement of only 6 people meeting up and concern about how this might impact the football attendance, club finances and hence a possible adjustment to the sale price or terms?

SD will not sell if it looks like we will go up as he will lose potential millions - so if team do well he stays, for now. I'd rather he stayed and we go up that we play crap and he goes right now
until its signed the price can change. would be gutting if it was agreed and then not agreed due to covid
