So I take it that your source at the club is different to the one who spoke the Nick Barnes then

I really hope you are wrong with this but considering where we currently are and how much water has gone under the bridge since the info started coming through about things moving and the various bidders coming to light you may well be right. I would not put it past Donald to be playing with the fans in this way, using the local media and other outlets of information to feed the fans a line all while sat back laughing at us. He is that much of a bastard and he hates us with a passion for ruining his dreams of owning a club by using its own money in the purchase and selling it for a massive profit a little further down the line.

Can't wait for him to **** off, is there any way we can crowd fund the difference between what hes been offered and what the "preferred bidder" has offered? Surely as a group of fans we can stump up a few million and get a seat at the big table into the bargain. Even without a seat it would be worth the investment.

I would prefer the Rich Energy bloke playing the pied piper with us than having Donald in charge for a second longer. At least Storey has charisma and speaks very highly of the fans.

Nothing has been announced, which is correct. You are trying to convince people that nothing has happened, which we don't know yet. There's a big difference between the two.
You and your sources may not be aware of things happening. Smug/Barnes/Magnus/Prehab say they have evidence that something is happening, which is why it's easier to believe them than you.

Which is why I can't see him sitting back and risk watching Sartori take the club onwards and upwards. If that happens, he could be shut out all together..Sartori's financial clout is a lot more than Donald's, so he will be more difficult to oust if/when Fuhrman wants a piece of the pie. This imo is why Fuhrman will be looking to get involved now.
 
I'm still in the dark as to why Donald would be making up a fake takeover and feeding bullshit to journos, only to announce there's no takeover just after the transfer window shuts.

The heck would he be getting out of it? I don't believe for a second it'd be out of spite because he hates us. Beyond that I'm struggling to see what possible reason he'd have.
