At first hand it looks like they have but a couple of points to remember. Those recent accounts are last year (2018/19) and were boosted by two Wembley visits and record crowds on the Boxing Day etc. SInce then we've had a full year of trading on reduced crowds and therefore gate receipts, no Wembley boosters and whilst more stripping has been done, if it's true we're still paying the wages of the likes of Cattermole and Oviedo then the wage bill won't have come down too much. Then there's the money for Grigg which will have come from the club somewhere, I don't buy the crack that Donald paid for him out of his own money which was rumoured at the time.I will give the man credit for one thing, he did improve things massively off the field on the financial side. Had it not been for the debt write of the club would have made a decent profit. On the field is a different story but I dont think we will ever find his plans had it gone right. Its time for him to do the noble thing. He has this offer from some very good people its time accept he has done his all. Take the money offered and get back the majority of what you put in. Go and live a quiet life with your family not having to worry about us lot. You gave it your best shot now please give the club it’s best chance of getting back to where it belongs.
When the next set of accounts come out that will be the time to see exactly how well they've done financially off the pitch imo.
