MSD is Michael Dells investment vehicle, owned by MD and partly ran by the individuals behind FPP. FPPs completely separate US set up FPP LLP are the ones who've made the loan to Madrox and are still very active. People need to discount their UK company as it's pretty much meaningless and can easily be reformed if needed.

It's remarkable how many times that's been explained and not understood.

I don't see why not. If RAWA made it clear to fans that's what they would do via the donate button on their site. 6% of the valuation is just under 2.2 million. If 30,000 fans put in £100 each, that would be 3 million. Some may put less, some may put more, but as an average, £100 to have a voice at that level would be worth it in my opinion.
I wouldn’t give RAWA a penny. I think they’re a bunch of bastards who are getting far to big for their boots. I remember them releasing that shockingly timed statement over the Christmas period like they were talking on behalf of all our fans. They definitely weren’t.

Was all a bit ‘Mag like’ that weren’t it. Joint statements with no consultation.

I agree.

It's pathetic clicking a thread called 'takeover rumour' then complaining that it contains rumours about a takeover.

It's like having a nut allergy and chomping down a Snickers bar <doh>

I'm not referring to rumours. I'm referring to people who claim to be directly 'ITK' and going on to make endless posts about who's taking over and when, but never getting a single thing correct.

Those 'ITK' people are driving up fans expectations and making it a very difficult job for the new owner, if we ever get one.

Fair enough, just thought with them being a trust now it's a vehicle for fans being involved at that level. It's unlikely anyone would go for that who was buying the remainder of the club anyway.

Just thought as there is a small percentage owned by Methven, potentially fans could have a slice of the action.

I get the sentiment just think they totally jumped the gun

Nothing to stop a new owner giving a fan a seat at board meetings, would actually prevent a lot of misinformation coming out and being speculated on.

You don’t need a trust for that.

I posted that the original Staveley bid, for the Mags, would be sacked off a month before it happened.

I posted that McGeady would be told to go at a time when he was considered our most valuable and popular player.

I said Ross was about to be sacked at the same time Donald said he wouldn't.

I said Fuhrman believed he was the new owner at the time everyone assumed it was all 3 Americans.

There's lots of other stuff but I don't have to justify myself to anyone, just put me on ignore or keep off threads like this ...

... better still, post a thread of your own.

Until the fan involved started thinking that he was more involved than he was. For it to stay transparent it would need to be a different fan at each meeting in my opinion.
