I remember last year when the FPP deal it stalled it was labelled 'staffing issues' . Hopefully not history repeating itself.
Well remembered mate, that was me being cryptic as I had to be at the time.
The issue was Methven as FPP couldn't see any use for him or what skills he could bring to the table.
They wanted him gone, he wanted to stay and that became one of the main problems.
I can say that now as I'm no longer obliged to the person who told me, a mate of Methven's.
They've subsequently fallen out.
Clarke resigning poses a problem and possible delay in our takeover as there is know-one to sign off the documents. Thought I would post this before SD uses it as an excuse for the collapse of the deal.
There's already acting up in that role so it's not going to be an issue.
I'm no fan of Clarke and his comments are insensitive but this cancel culture is a load of bollocks.
Gotta say I find the 606 vs RTG stuff the most tedious and boring nonsense I’ve come across on the internet, and I used to be on a SimCity forum ffs.

Personally I’d love it if there was some sort of AI that blocked any posts that say “RTG” or “over the road” or referred to anyone other than other people on this forum by tagging them in. And vice versa of course - so that people don’t feel the need on here to defend themselves or respond to nonsense.
Anyway, takeover thread, so heard anything @Wheatsheaf ?

You've referred to RTG, and certain posters, yourself as well as lurking on there as you've often said.
I'm sorry but I'll post about what I choose, as you do, it's easy enough to ignore tbh.

I've already binned him as I was alerted that a previously banned user came through the gateway.
I agree. There are some bell ends there and here. Probably less here to be fair, the mods are better over here - there are a couple of right ones on RTG , but both boards have merit. This thread pisses all Over the RTG takeover one generally mind.

Yes. I much prefer this forum which is why I joined it and not the other. I tend to only look over there when somebody mentions in here that something has happened over there and there’s no context unless you go and look yourself. And when I do that I can see it’s a mess and difficult to follow.

I am a member of both forums same username on both and I enjoy reading fans views and updates on both...I’ve been a member of RTG longer as I only recently joined this forum..I tend to read more than post and love the updates on here great posters trying to keep us in the loop and from going crazy..I thank you for all the updates and hope for all our sanity it’s completed soon.
