Donald said a lot at the time which with his record we can take with a pinch of salt but didn't Jack Ross say he told him he was signing the new contract offer?

I can't blame Maja going for more money, I don't even blame Donald and Co that we got in tot the situation we were with him. In hindsight he should have been offered a years extension on slight increase as soon as he was in the first team as he probably would have been happy just to get a contract and be playing. Once he attracted suitors we had no chance and he was already nearly put of contract when Donald and Co arrived. I wonder if his career would have developed any better if he stayed? How would he do in the current team?

I'd suggest they should have sorted the contract situation before January. Give him until 31st Dec to sign, if not sell and you have a month to find a replacement. Having Wigan rinse us for £1.5m+ for Grigg was a joke

For the Eastleigh fans I just hope he’s learned from his time here, both in what he’s done when chairman and then seen under KLD. He runs a successful business so he should be capable of change.

what happened with the club link Juan was sorting in Uruguay? did it get sorted or still on going?

now SD has gone wonder what we will push on with in the background, other club links possibly
 
Heard rumours of some big investment into the club a few months ago which was meant to be announced in close season. Not sure how true it is but the guy who told me is about 50% right with his info and he told me a few days ago that there was some serious people looking to invest. When I seen the news about Donald just made me think have they decided to get rid of him earlier than expected because these negotiations have advanced. Like I say not sure how reliable the info is but does seem a little coincidental.
