You've a right to know marra,because you're a long-standing,loyal fan,who has given years and years of dedicated support.
The first team I saw there was Wakeham,Irwin,Ashurst,Anderson,Hurley McNab,Hooper Herd,Clough,Fogarty and Overfield.
I've been going ever since.
I accept that someone is putting millions into it,I repeat,,I'm not doubting that,or being sceptical in any way about it.....read my posts,I've been supportive of this throughout.But,....
I have a right to know!
And I'm pissed off waiting!

I just think it is taking time because of the thoroughness that this new set up is going through and wanting to be able to say something special when they do announce it.
Let's be honest in our lifetime of watching the lads we have had so many false dawns with our club and it is possibly the best takeover ever.
Maybe they have persuaded King Charlie to put his boots on again. Now that's worth waiting for

 

Personally don’t believe the is a hold up mate, do you really believe KLD has just decided to do this now instead of right at the start of the EFL checks ?

Damn right. If I was a Mam with 2 billionaire kids, I’d never let them out of my sight. Especially if one says he wants to bosh a wad on some ****-show club in the NE of England!

 

It was effectively selling the ground to the club's owner at an inflated fee. Ultimately he owned both items but as different financial entities. I gather that this was legal in terms of company law but the way this both generated income for the club and how the accounting for that income over different seasons was done were deemed to breach championship financial fair play rules. Hence the footballing penalty rather than being hauled into court for false accounting.

 

Donald mentions it on Christmas Eve about meetings with KLD and his family, It’s just starting to leak now Cos it’s done
