Well if that Summerbee fella of SMB is really Tom Sloanes then it looks / feels very likely it's Johnson. Especially considering the media have been reporting on him heaviest today.

Not really mate, different views but some good debates.

I've been told to watch my inbox but it has cobwebs on so far.

Well if my hunch is right and it comes out before the weekend then I’m going to give myself a bloody big drink on Saturday when I fire up the bbq.

I was told a name that we approached before Gus which was very re-assuring that we even tried for but got turned down by him. Suggests to me the new lot are spearheading the hunt because there's no way Donald would go there (£££).

Also told Gus saying No came as a shock.

No new names given but Cowley/Cook was their hunch, same person told me about Parkinson & McGeady situation so thought I'd pass on

Not being difficult mate but he could hardly deny it.

Benitez always said it was nothing to do with money then went off to a league no one cares about ...

My hunch is that there was a lot of talk on here and other social media outlets that he had signed etc etc. The club realised what was happening. They want to control the narrative (there’s that word again) on when and how the announcement will be made so have put out a few stories inside and outside the club.
Therefore my theory is that Poyet has actually signed up but the club want to make the announcement in the manner they see fit.

I’m going for a bigger name than cook, Crowley or Johnson, if sartori and Dreyfus are taking this on then I think it’ll be someone that has not been mentioned now that poyet has gone. if however it’s other people doing the hunting then I’m gonna prepare myself to be disappointed
